i stayed 9 nights in akihabara washington, and it was wonderful! the location was perfect, just a short walk from train and metro stations and lots of food options and shopping nearby. the staff were brilliant, always polite and eager to help. the shampoo and conditioner provided were the best i’ve ever used in a hotel, which was a nice surprise!

The location was fantastic! Being right near the train station made exploring Akihabara so easy. We enjoyed a variety of tasty foods nearby. The bathroom mirror didn't fog up, which was a surprise and a nice touch for the family, especially for getting ready with my grandchild.

In my wife’s opinion, the room felt cramped for our family. It would be great if they could offer more space or add some play area for kids.

The Economy Double Room was pretty small, but we fit in four large suitcases without issues. The bed was firm and the sheets felt soft, which I liked. The bathroom had a Toto bidet and a deep tub for nice hot baths. AC worked great too! It was clean and modern, but don’t expect a huge space. Just right for resting after a long day!

The location was the highlight! Just steps from Akihabara station made exploring super easy. The room was cozy but a tad tight for 2 with luggage. Wish the mattress was a bit more comfy. 😊
